I normally try to kidney then predict the blink to lock them down, but I got unluckily hit with frostbite. Then they cant blink use backstab and atleast take 50%-75% of there health away, if not cheap shoted kidney shot them with 2-5 points for total death :), i rape mages all the time like that :P.
