(Part 2)If you can't do this either, then right click the file in the margin of windows media player, click properties. And then notice the file path, and try to follow it in my computer, and after you found it copy it to your desktop or something.

Fine... I guess you can't right click it.
Open up a new window, and copy that URL into your address bar. Then it should ask you if you want to open it, or save it. Pick save it. If it doesn't ask if you want to save it and just opens it, I'm sure that if you click the < arrow towards the upper right of windows media player and right click on the file, you can click save as.
