pr0m37h3u5 ::: Favorites That is partly correct. The level III vests stop up to 180 Gr. FMJ 7.62x54 rounds, but the armor piercing steel core 54r rounds are stopped by level IV armor. The army claims it doesn't work, but what do they have to say after seeing this video? probably nothing. the armor can withstand a grenade blast, for christ's sake. the person wearing it would probably still die, but any armor that can go without being punctured by a frag grenade is astounding.
