Absolutely..... but I also fear that great art rock kinda has had its day, in that.... lets just play all the old, best music, like Genesis. And, Even Marrillion. THe cream has...gone. Genesis and Yes and king Crimson did it all, already... look at Steve Coogan.Hes a fan,& used "house of the King" by Focus for his series Saxondale.

Got it! I fear for the younger generation if they think the current (c)rap is "music." I don't know if it's black or white related, but either way "pop music" has hit all-time lows and shows no sign of turning around. It's about time the musicians reclaimed the music business - they must still be out there - and the "business people" got fired, jailed or shot. Bring us back our music!!

Well, what I'm saying is... evn advert creatives are ALways using music from the 70's and 80's to advance products. Music then was more melodic, carefully arranged and produced... so, in this one particular bank ad, the inference was that todays [Black]"music" is utter shit, and the Synth music of Herbie Hancock [black, too] from the 80's is ....far better.

No, you're not stuck in the past. There was even an advert for some bank recently..... and two bunchs to twats do a dance-off, or something. anyway, the bank officials danced off fifty cent, or one of those asswipes... and the general public guys danced back Rockit By Herbie Hancock back at them. so, the advert concept guy saw 80's synth as sh***ing on anything by todays soulless, hate filled coons.

This isn't the best version of Cinema Show out there, but hey, this is one of my favorite prog songs ever. (The only two I think I like more are 2112 and Dogs.) I'd say that he could've done a better job with the solos, but hey, I can only play two parts of this song (and it's not hard to figure out which two). I wish they had played the full version for 2007 concerts.

I seen BB with Yes, KC, UK, Genesis and PAt Moraz. I I got to have pizza with him and Pat at the Chestnut Caberet in Phila, great guy. I seen PC with Genesis many times and with Brand x once. Great drummer but I really like Bill jazzyness. But thats my wacky opinion.

You listen to today's "prog-rock" bands like Dream Theater and know exactly who they were directly influenced by. Stuff of the legends indeed. Marvelous!!
