Bangable? The WRX is like an ugly kid that runs fast. Sure he is fast, but wow your kid is ugly. Look at the hook scoop which by car and driver was described as housing for migrant farmworking families

Lets look at 0-60 times: Legacy B Spec 5.1, Legacy GT 5.6, WRX 5.9 Infinity G35 5.9, Mazdaspeed 6 5.9, Audi Quattro A4 6.5, BMW 325i 6.5, Volvo V40 T5 6.5, Lexus IS250 7.4... Not only is the GT faster, its more stable, AWD, better looking than the WRX and faster. Whats not to love? THESE ARE NOT THE LEGACYS OF THE 90s

What planet are you on? Subaru Legacy GT 0-60 = 5.6 seconds. 243 horsepower, 241 ftlb tq at 3600 rpm. Subaru WRX 0-60 = 5.9 seconds and does not make full power till nearly 5000rpm. Don't believe the hype, a Legacy will beat a WRX. (An STI on the other hand...)

MAX other account: Yes and no. The Legacy GT has the 2.5 liter EJ25 from the WRX STI not the smaller 2.0 liter EJ20. It however has a smaller turbo than the STI that maxes out at less than 1 bar, BUT it is fully spooled at least 2000 rpm sooner than the STI turbo. Basically it feels like a large V6 instead of a 4cyl. My friend Jeff's Audi A4 turbo cannot keep up with me.

Your wrong and right. I bought the first year model. The GT turbo was available without leather/power seats and the GPS the first year. I bought mine for $25,350 dollars with less than a mile on it at 1.9% APR bro.

the wrx is more of an inthusiast car. the legacy is more of a luxery car. i don't think you can compare the two. "they cost about the same" try 10-12g's more than a base model wrx.

I like the Legacy way better than a WRX now that there is a turbo. The seats are more comfortable/bigger, the back seat has room to sit adults in, it has a bigger motor, costs almost the same, and doesn't have that REDICULOUSLY ugly giant WRX hood scoop to house migrant workers under.
