Description: The footage shows 128 soldiers from the Jamaican Defence Force marching into the Queen's residence in London. Seven of them are from Trinidad, Guyana, Belize and Barbados, the rest are from Jamaica. They were hosted by the 3rd Company of the 1st Coldstream Guards, based at RAF Uxbridge, Middlesex. Apart from guarding the Queen at Buckingham Palace, the contingent later went on to perform ceremonial duties at Windsor Castle and the Tower of London, as well as going on to Wales, in England.
