I am sure there may actually be a few exceptional H-1Bs - that makes sense and is believeable, but a literal army of entry level H-1B have all but made the American computer programmer almost extinct. We have a surplus of skilled people looking for living wage jobs in this country, why betray the investment they have made toward joining the American high tech work force?
